This Drivers License was carried by SS-Obersturmbannführer Walter Harzer during the Battle of Arnhem. The License was issued in 1940 when Walter Harzer was a SS-Obersturmführer (SS-Leutnant) as a Tactics Instructor with SS-Junkerschule "Braunschweig".
